FATCA/CRS - Impact for Guernsey Companies

Through real-world examples and a dramatised investigation, the course explains common types of workplace fraud, key warning signs, and the consequences of fraud going undetected or unreported.

    - Demonstrate appropriate actions when fraud is suspected, including safe reporting procedures, whistleblowing protections, and the potential consequences of fraud for individuals and organisations.
